An error message is encountered when trying to perform initial product activation: “Unable to connect with the activation server, please contact customer support”.

Occasionally our activation server will receive a high number of activation requests at the same time, resulting in a connection failure error. Most customers are able to resolve this by simply re-running the activation procedure, but on rare occasions a third attempt may be required.
